All of our Automatic Cup Removers use a state-of-the-art milk flow sensor to release clusters from cows once a diminished rate of flow has been reached.  They come with fully adjustable settings such as lift and lower times, let down rates, maximum milking times, coordinated vacuum release/cord tensioning and more, designed to reduce milking time and increase the profitability of your dairy.

They can operate alone or be networked, with universal changes made via a master controller.  An interface at each bail provides easy push button start (or pull start, with adjustable tension levels) and operator feedback.

They can integrate with Australian herd management systems such as MISTRO, Easy Dairy, Farm Automation and Jantec.  Integrating with these systems allows more functions to be performed, such as cow-specific operator alerts at the bail and automatic vacuum blocking of milk from treated cows.  If you don't already have a herd management system in place, Eli is an authorised reseller and installer of MISTRO systems.

Installation of cup removers is quick and easy with a fully pluggable design.  The units are low voltage, have low power consumption, low vacuum usage and are specifically designed for ease of maintenance and repair.

Eli PRO Cup Remover

Our PRO Cup Removers come with integrated milk metering, sending data on volume, conductivity and duration of each milking back to your herd management system.  Premium interactive keypads at each bail provide live volume display and in addition to showing cow-specific alert messages, you can use the keypads to upload information into your system from the bail.

PRO models also come with a spare programmable output, which allows you to add an additional custom function of your choice such as retention bar control, in-bar teat spray control, back flush control or pulsator control.  Eli can also assist with the programming of these functions.

Eli ECO Cup Remover

Our ECO cup removers come with a more compact push-button interface at the bail, with simpler operator feedback via flashing LED lights.  Designed for ease of use but with the flexibility to grow, you can choose to add milk metering later with the purchase of a software upgrade.

ECO models are an excellent choice for low-cost entry into automation.
