We manufacture select milking equipment and we are looking

Our Cup removers are networked and computer ready and can be integrated to many 

of the dairy farm management software programs available in Australia.

We also manufacture ancillary equipment such as Power Supplies and Wireless Communication Modules

which allow to transmit the data collected by our units to a shed computer.

Eli  Standard Automatic Cup Remover   

The original Eli Cup Remover designed to operate with the original Eli ACR Milk Meter, Eli still maintains and services all it's existing customers but has discontinued this model which has now been replaced by the new Eli "Smart ACR™" Cup remover below. All the parts and components for this product will be available to our customers until stocks last.

Eli Smart ACR™ Stand Alone Cup Remover 

The Eli Smart ACR™ cup remover has retained the reliability of it's predecessor and now includes it's own built in electronics and controls, reducing the need to have a  computer in the shed. The Eli Smart ACR™ Cup Remover monitors the milk flow and displays the milk yield in real time at each bale.

Although it can operate stand alone, the full potential & benefits of our Eli Smart ACR™  can be obtained when pairing the cup remover to our fully integrated dairy components such as Electronic ID, Automated Drafting & Feeding and farm management software. Eli Cow Retention Bar Cylinder (BB-ACR) 

Along with the Eli Smart ACR™ Cup Remover, Eli has developed a simpler and economical version of it's main ACR (Automatic Cup Remover) to accommodate dairy farmers wishing to have cow retention bars installed on their rotary platforms. The BB-ACR is controlled by a vacuum pilot activated by the main Eli Smart ACR™  and retracts the "cow retention bar" at the end of milking letting the cow off the platform. If the cow hasn't finished milking, the retention bar stays closed behind the cow keeping it in the bale until end of milking. Eli "Milk Thief™"sampler                                                                                       

The Eli "Milk Thief™" is the simplest and cheapest way to collect milk samples during milking. It can easily be fitted vertically or horizontally to the cluster/milk line and allows to collect a sufficient milk sample for further analysis by your Dairy Herd specialist. Several different aperture sizes are available to suit various yields. The "Milk Thief™" has been designed specifically to make herd test day a breeze for the dairy farmer and was created by the Ellinbank Research Team in response to farmer's demands. 

 

  "Elicap™" Milk Sampler

Our "Elicap™" milk sampler is very easy to use and works in a similar manner to the "Milk Thief™" 

but is specifically designed to be used with the original ACR Milk Meter.
